- Create a picture board where you can visualize every morning and achieve your wishes and dreams in terms of the 5 pillars of life

- Refloxology treatment : 45 min to an hour of acupressure points on the feet helping the lympathic system – a massage that helps relieve all stresses of the body, alleviates many pathological disorders and help achieve balance
- Breathing techniques: practicing normal breathing everyday
- Sleeping patterns : finding ways to improve your sleep
- Stress Assessment: discovering your body’s response to situation you perceive as stressfull. Creating a natural stress program for your individual needs.
