What is Reiki?

Reiki is form of energy work with many health benefits. This ancient healing practice works intimately with the subtle energies of body, mind and spirit to help bring about a sense of well being.

A typical Reiki session consists of lying on a massage table fully clothed. The Reiki practitioner will place their hands on specific points (chakras) and will act as a channel through which Reiki energy will flow.
