Our Bodies Cleanse Themselves!

mind-bodyThe importance of cleansing allows the body to regenerate our cells and repair our organs, among many other symptoms of everyday life.  In the next few months I will introduce some important tips in cleansing our body and mind.  Enjoy!

Your Body is Constantly Detoxifying and Cleansing.

The good news is that your body is designed to constantly gather up and remove toxins from your cells.

Most of the toxins that are stirred up from your cells are broken down in your liver, and then eliminated from your body via your kidneys, colon, skin, lungs, and mucus linings in your nose and ears.
Put another way, every time that you urinate, defecate, exhale, cough, sneeze, and experience an inside-out reaction with your skin, your body eliminates toxins from your system.

If your exposure to toxins rises, your body increases its output through the eliminative channels mentioned above. If your eliminative mechanisms cannot keep up with the number of toxins that are coming in and being generated in your cells, to preserve your health, your body attempts to store some of the toxins in your fat tissues. Even if you are lean for your body type, your body can store toxins in fat tissues that can be found interspersed between your muscle fibers and surrounding your organs.
The bottom line is this: Your body is committed to eliminating harmful toxins from your system at all times. Toxins can become problematic to your health if you accumulate enough of them to experience cellular dysfunction.

How to collaborate with your body in eliminating toxins;

•    Good life style habits (go to sleep at 10pm at least 5 days a week) Our body heals, between 23h-1am.
•    Go outside, get oxygen, walk a brisk walk 30 min /day
•    Stretch every day (keeping your joints and energy flowing through the body helps release blockage) Encourage CHI!
•    Choose healthy foods; radish great cleanse for the liver
•    Drink water with lemon everyday (alkalinizing your body helps reduce inflammation)
•    Have a good attitude about life
•    Find tools to help deal with stress (stress rust our body)
•    Meditation
•    Dancing
•    Do something you love everyday!
