I feel the air change, the high energy of summer has subsided, kids returning to school, misty mornings. A time for myself, to reflect in what I want to do next. Are you wondering what you want in your life? Do you feel a need for change? Are you looking for a healthier alternative? Reconnecting with the universe and finding your true calling. Are you changing career or want to? Is money an issue? Do you have time? Are you a procrastinator? Do you feel stagnant?
Whatever it is … Embrace the moment, look around you, be in tuned! Ask for what you need/want, trust that you will get the answers and be ready to receive them.
Here are some steps that kept me in motion throughout my struggles;
First and foremost , I believe good intentions determines the level in which we will vibrate and allow the law of attraction to be-side you.
If we are constantly angry and blaming others for our experiences, the transparency to learn and grow is tainted. The message to convey is love. Take the time to honor yourself, love, feel, forgive and be grateful.
1- Everyday when I get up and when I go to bed, I practice my mantra, others can call it meditation, prayer. However, you wish to celebrate your embodiment of spiritual growth is up to you.
I have written positive catchphrase to create higher vibration. You can have as many as you desire.
For ex: That’s right I am open to novelty.
2- Evaluating our priority list; sometimes we need to start with a short list, this helps keep the momentum and stay heartened.
3- Take Baby steps; Its create space in your life, and positive changes to materialize.
4- Get energy; Nothing can progress if we are tired or immerse in toxins/bitterness. Choose love, repeat your mantra, declutter your home, cleanse your body, choose conscious and deserving friends, exercise the body and mind, be HAPPY and have a good night sleep. If you are not
getting enough sleep, get advice from a health practitioner. Getting the best support to keep your energy in full swing. The body needs sleep to nourish!
5- Laughter; If we find a way into happiness or/laughter, one hour or 15 min a day, it increases dopamine neuro-transmitters. The happy hormone which creates healthier cells.
Thank you to my readers, until next time I wish you Good Health!
