How to really battle darker sunless morning

  • Temperature in the room should be 16-18 Celsius
  • Don’t draw the blinds , allow the lights in the house to set the tone
  • Drink a glass of water to stimulate the body and help stay awake in the morning.
  • Go to bed early and avoid computer , tv screen before bed time
  • Set yourself the night before with good habits, don’t sell yourself short.
  • Take a higher dosage of Vit D3 1000 iu per day
