Achieving Optimum Health

Optimum health should be the goal of everyone. Sadly, however, we often take our health and well-being for granted — especially when we are young. For the most part we do not even consider optimizing our health until we are faced with an ailment or diagnosed with a dreaded disease. By then, however, it is often too late to turn back the clock.

My program has 3 levels starting with a less rigid nutritional plan to a more rigid, the program adopts a more healthy principles depending on each individual (how important your health is to you or what priorities it ranks in your life).

All 3 levels have the same requirements for carbohydrates, proteins, and high-quality fats

There are 6 factors on achieving Optimum Health:

The first thing we need to remember !

What is good for one person might not be good for another.

No 1 factorNeed to look at the metabolic type ( Eat right for your blood type)

Find out your blood type (Are you prone to eat meat or vegetables).

No 2  factorListen to your body

No 3 factorInsulin level  (Ask for fasting blood sugar test or FBS)

No4 factorYour ideal weight

No 5 factor– Ideal Pressure 120/80

No 6 factor– Your Ideal Cholesterol Level

I will be talking more on these factors, in the next few days to come.  Keep in touch on my next sequence!

In the meantime feel great & stay free!
