Healing the heart chakra
People with strong heart chakra breathe deeply with regular rhythm. Their circulation is good and their pulse steady. In addition to the heart and lungs, the heart chakra influences the shoulder, arms, and hands: the rib cage and upper back. On a hormonal level, the heart chakra is connected with the thymus gland, which governs the lymphatic system. The thymus gland produces lymphocytes and antibodies, which are essential components of the immune system.
