Baby steps in healing: Are you having a hard time managing your time, feeling hopeless, confuse of life.
I have created some healing steps in hopes; this helps anyone to make different life choices that will be positive in their lives.
Step no 1- Talk about your emotional, physical and mental state *talk about any trauma’s.
Step no 2- Acknowledge what is making you unhappy.
Step no 3- What are some of your habits.
Step no4- Talk about negative thoughts and getting rid of them* Remember negative equals negative outcome.
Step no5-Facing your fears (write down your fears and freeze them or burned them).
Step no6- Implementing positive affirmation ex: I am loved, l am rich.
Step no7- Write down your desires and wants (goals).
Step no8- Re-evaluation of your being (how are you feeling, is there any progress).
Step no9- Moving forward and letting go of the past.
Step no10- Start a Nutritional plan.
Step no 11-What you love about yourself!
Note: Stress is caused by negative thoughts/ products facilitate the healing process/ healing time is different for everyone it is a question of dedication and how quickly you can go through the steps.
Signs and signals of a stress reaction; Physical/cognitive/emotional/behavioural
Physical: chills, thirst, fatigue, nausea, fainting, twitching, vomiting, headaches, blood pressure, rapid heart rate, teeth grinding, visual difficulties
Cognitive: nightmares, uncertainty, suspiciousness, intrusive, casting blame, poor problem solving, poor memory, disorientation of time, diminished attention span
Emotional: fear, guilt, grief, panic, denial, agitation, irritability, depression, intense anger, emotional shock, feeling overwhelmed, loss of emotional control… Behavioural: anti social acts, inability to rest, intensified pacing, erratic movements, change in speech patterns, increase alcohol or drug consumption, withdrawal, hyper alertness to environment…
