Breakfast is commonly known as the most important meal of the day. While many think thier first meal of they day soley consists of pancakes, bacon, and eggs, others know that is far from the truth. In order to maintain optimal heath, ensure that you are eating a balanced breakfast.

So, what is the best time to eat breakfast? Many people wait until they’re on the way out, but studies show that eating sooner can positively affect your day. Allowing the nutirents from your food to navigate through your body can improve cognative function, prevent headaches, and relieve sour stomach. Unfortunatley ,if your breakfatst isn’t nutritious and harmful sugars, salts, and fdats, enter the body it can cause you to feel fatigued.

It is totally true that breakfast should be the most abundant meal of the day, but this dosen’t mean you get to stuff your face. Be sure not to fill up on foods that are high in carbohydrates (muffins, doughnuts, aand rolls) because you can gain a signifigant amount of weight in a short period of time.

Instead eat foods that are paacked with protein and fiber, they will esnure you stay full until lunch time while simultaneously provinding energy.
