Hello Anna,

I was reading up more on the cleanses/ detox and I came across an interesting concept that suggests an order be followed for cleanses> I was wondering what you think and maybe if I should do a Bowel/ parasite cleanse just in case.

“A good cleansing program should always begin by removing the waste in your colon, the last portion of your food processing chain. If you attempt to clean your liver, blood, or lymph system without first addressing a waste filled bowel, the excreted toxins will only get recycled back into your body”

You are supposed to do cleansing in this order:

  1. Bowel cleanse with parasite cleanse
  2. Dental cleanup (if you can afford it)
  3. Kidney Cleanse and
  4. Liver cleanse.

1-Hello ,You have done some great research, Yes! it is true that most cleansing should be followed in this      order although each individuals needs are different.  Each person should go through a health appraisal and be followed by health practitioner while cleansing. It is more complex than most people think!

Consulting a naturopath is important: she will help you find answers save money by choosing the right remedies- get well, a naturopath is trained to consider each aspect of your health-early detection and safety to narrow down your expenses and time to be able to sort out which cleansing is best suitable for you.

Thank You!

Hi Anna

How are you doing?

I went for a fluoroscopy lung x-ray and I found out that I have (osteophy) on my spine, we call it bone spurs and I was told not to worry about it.

I know bone spurs run in my family.

Mine is very small, I want to stop the growth, is there a natural product that can help?

Let me know your suggestion.

 Thank you for your time.

2-Concerning your bone spur.  A spur is normally a sharp or pointed projection or an outgrowth.  A bone spur may be caused by calcium deposits in unwanted areas of the body which can explain your body pain.  Bone Spur is common in people who have arthritis, neuritis, alkalosis, and tendinitis. I would recommend taking a calcium-magnesium 1500mgcal and 750mgmag this will help prevent abnormal calcium deposition.  Testing your  Ph levels would be a good indication on your levels of acidity. A normal healthy body will have an almost equal blood pH of acidity and alkalinity. The most ideal pH balance is 7.4 , which means that it is slightly more alkaline than acid. Only when the pH level is balance that our bodies can then effectively assimilate vitamins, minerals and food supplements. As such, our body pH’s determine  everything.

Thanks.

By the way, the NAG1000 is very helpful. So far, I hardly have muscle pain.

Thank you for your help and have a good weekend.

Hi Anna,

Do you have the Enerex Omega 3-6 in stock? I think this agrees with me, since I started back on it, I feel great! I think this has a greater impact on me than just the Omega 3’s. Thanks,

Hello Anna,

Thank you for recommending the NAG and Joint RX.

Quite a job to take all the various pills, but my neck seems to be improving.

So, I am cautiously optimistic for the moment.

I was surprised to see that neither the NAG nor the Joint RX contains any chondroitin.  I always thought that Glucosamine was pretty much useless without it and an experiment that I tried awhile back seemed to confirm that.  What are your thoughts on this issue?

Talk again soon,

3- Very good question…

In my 15 years of personal experience,

It all depends what you are using glucosamine for…  In my practice, I have seen people take glucosamine alone and get results ,on the other hand, people with specific needs would benefit from a specific protocol.

A  quality product company knows the needs of a coefficient product; other  ingredients can be better handle alone . In order word, glucosamine alone can be beneficial to a certain extent but to say it will be useless without chondroitin is a myth I have not seen any scientific proof to back this up.  There would not be any companies selling glucosamine alone if this was the case.

Because Glucosamine, chondroitin, msm can work in conjunction it does not mean it is the best for your body.

Do not forget it is the assimilation and absorption of the vit, Mineral or amino acid that is important. Ex someone with a deficiency of calcium can have calcium deposit? Body is not utilizing the calcium properly

I have input a link that might give you a different perspective on this subject.

Enjoy!http://www.enerex.ca/articles/glucosamine_sulphate.htm
