The adventure of a life time

Welcome everyone, our time is important, but we seem to be chasing time, constantly fighting time, overscheduling ourselves. It is amazing and frustrating coincidently when I am often somewhere else, splitting my focus between moments instead of living them. Don’t we wish to be present in the moment…to potentially be creative. The realization to dream and create each moment is wonderful! And why is that we still mask ourselves in our daily routine? I am reading this book called creating time by Marney K. Makridakis she says that when she interviewed hundreds of people for her books, trying to discover what makes them most fulfilled, she discovered that the people who are happiest and most love-filled have a unique relationship with time.
This revelation has been life changing, I now read my mantra/affirmation respecting time. What I mean is adding a few catch phrases on how I feel about time, instead of blaming time for not fulfilling my aspiration big or small. Ex; I want to redecorate but I don’t have enough time. I want to lose weight -but I don’t have enough time. Instead I say; I trust time! I am creating time to lose weight or I am creating time to spend with my family.
The human paradox wants to escape one ‘selves and lose track of time, yet only when we live the gift of time, we are in touch with the present. The truth is the more we complain about time, the more block our ability to accept love and bond. Harnessing the moment and creating time can further attract closeness to our heart and supply us with endless magic. The law of attraction!
There are many magical things in the world, and people are happy to teach you how to do them. See all there is to do. Get out of the house and out of your rut and discover what interest you.

I wish Good health and freedom of Joy.
