Understanding Health… It is very important for children to include the right amount of nutrients in their daily diet so they can perform better in school and be able to adapt to change… I recommend a daily dosage of probiotic, omega fish oil and Vit B.

My favorite products:
• Miviton kids: A formula that is more than just omega-3…it helps reconstruct cells and also contributes to a great physical and mental growth.
• Omega +D Ascenta: Quality at its best and Vitamin D included
• Bio-K or HMF powder; great probiotic… different in terms of the strains and quantity. I like to alternate both products.
• Raw vitamin B complex/ and primal defense probiotics for kids. (Garden of Life)
N.B. Sometimes I like to add some Vitamin B or D to help the nervous system and prevent seasonal disorders. * Vitamin D should be mostly given in autumn and in winter.
