  1. Have lots of liquids (preferably water with lemon or with magnesium to help hydrate the body and help muscle pains while fighting infection.
  2. Take a hot shower and scrub your body with almond oil and essential oils (from bottom of the feet toward the heart. Help circulation.
  3. Rest in bed with your legs elevated.
  4. Eat lots of greens.
  5. Increase endorphins with activities such as laughter, aromatherapy and massage is a natural pain killer.
