After over 20 years in holistic care, I’m creating space to refine my work, channel my energy more intentionally, and deepen the healing process for those truly seeking change.

I’ve reduced my hours to allow room for learning, reflection, and creative growth—but I remain connected through email, blog updates, and occasional Q&A sessions. Virtual sessions are still available for ongoing clients.
